• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable, but rescheduling may be allowed.
• Once an astrology report or personalized reading has been initiated, cancellations are not permitted.
• Subscription cancellations take effect from the next billing cycle, and no refunds are provided for the current cycle.

Refunds are processed under the following conditions by Palmyog:

• If an appointment is canceled at least 24 hours in advance, a refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
• Completed services (such as consultations, reports, or readings) are non-refundable.
• If a double payment occurs due to a technical error, we will verify and process a refund within 7 business days.
